• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm -- 40 hours per week, on-site
• Weekend call rotation: 1:6 -- weeknight after-hours on-call required
• 15 - 18 patients seen daily -- 2 - 3 new patients per day
• Patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Sub-acute detoxification experience required
• Experience with co-occurring mental health disorders required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
