Primary Facility: MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center Waterloo IASecondary Facility: MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center Cedar Falls IASchedule amp Job Responsibilities We are strictly looking for locum tenens coverage for On Call shiftsThis includes inpatient and call coverage at both Cedar Falls and Waterloo Medical Center no clinic responsibilities.NOTE: Locum physician must take calls from anyone who calls into the facility with questions non-negotiable Open Shifts must be able to cover: September 14 0700 - September 28 0700November 6 0700 - November 9 0700December 14 0700 - December 28 0700 Details: Medical Staff Required: YesOutreach: NoTelehealth: NoNumber of Physicians: 4Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 4Supervision of APP expected: NoNo clinic responsibilities Medical Imaging: YesLab amp Pharmacy: YesAverage Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-20 for both locationsDemographics/Patient Population: All agesEMR: Epic EnterpriseProcedures offered in the practice: History and physical exam admit evaluate diagnose treat and provide consultation to patients of all ages to correct or treat various conditions illnesses and injuries of the extremities spine and associated structures by medical surgical and physical means.Such conditions include but are not limited to trauma infections tumors metabolic disturbances of the musculoskeletal system deformities injuries and degenerative diseases of the spine hands feet knee hip shoulder and elbow and include primary and secondary muscular problems and the effects of central or peripheral nervous system lesions of the musculoskeletal system.Orthopedic surgeons may provide care to patients in the intensive care setting in conformance with unit policies.They may also assess stabilize and determine the disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with medical staff policy regarding emergency and consultative call services.Facility - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and fees. Preferred Hotel: Fairfield Inn amp Suites - WaterlooRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather. Preferred Rental Car companies: Enterprise or NationalMileage - IRS Standard RateBill Rates Needed for Submission: Malpractice must be included in the rates24 Hour On Call 3691 rate cap Holiday 24 Hour On Call Call Back 532 rate capHoliday Call Back Conversion fee 25k rate cap *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees
