Requirements *** Posted rate is inclusive of call back hours Travel- Yes w/ caps offered START- 8/31 orientation will be done beforehand Duration: 6 months 1 FTE Reason for opening: To cover a gap in call coverage Type of privileges clinic/hospital/both: Hospital and Clinic Setting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both? Hospital but we will be seeking clinic privileges as well in the event that the coverage needed expands and includes clinic but for now the need is hospital only Call requirement: 3-4 24-hour shifts a month. 2-6 deliveries in a 24hr shift occasional calls from ED and backup from the hospitalists *Call shifts are heavy shifts not intended to be inhouse restricted but due to volume providers typically stay onsite for their shift actively working or opt to rest onsite. Please share with physicians. Rounding admissions or none? Both Patient demographics: Adult woman Required Procedures: DC C-section other inpatient OBGYN procedures Department has 50-75 deliveries per month Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services 100 patients to include at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 vaginal deliveries representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Applicant must also provide documentation of provision of clinical services 50 gynecology patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months Will provider work solo? No there are other OBYN providers. Licensed Candidate: WA License is required due to turnaround time for credentialing Required certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable: BLS EMR: EPIC Shift Info: Day 4x24-Hour 07:00 - 07:00
