This community hospital operates under a CRNA-only autonomous practice model, providing surgical and anesthesia services across a low-acuity case mix. The facility maintains organized perioperative workflows supported by a staffing model of three CRNAs. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts, Monday through Friday on 8-hour shifts, at a community hospital operating room in Marshall, Missouri. Call coverage is required on an alternating schedule: week one includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; week two includes Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, podiatry, and OB/GYN procedures; this is a low-acuity environment with no pediatric or cardiac cases. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
