About the Position

Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: New Mexico

Schedule: Mix of day, swing, and night shifts including 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Position Overview

Provide emergency department physician coverage in a community hospital setting with moderate volume. This position requires ABEM board certification and includes supervision of advanced practice providers as applicable to the site.

Practice Highlights

• Approximate annual ED volume: 26,000
• Fast track available
• Epic EMR
• Floor code response required

Required Qualifications

• ABEM board certification
• Active New Mexico license
• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency medicine experience
• Comfort supervising APPs when applicable
