06262M – We're recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fill this permanent role in Northeast Montana! Here, you'll join a dedicated team of professionals, and provide primary care at a well-established, multi-specialty facility. Location: Northeast Montana

Job Type: W2, Permanent Position

Schedule:

• Clinic hours Monday – Friday (4/10s schedule may be considered)
• No Call
• No Weekends
• No Holidays

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (DOE) – please inquire for more details!
• Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match)
• 6 weeks PTO (including holidays)
• Sign-On Bonus that includes relocation assistance
• Loan repayment eligible employer

Responsibilities:

• Patient Volumes: Averages 20 patients per day
• Staffing Mix: MA or Nurse for support, 3 FM Physicians, 3 APPs

Requirements:

• Active Montana State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (or willingness to obtain)
• Active BLS, ACLS
• Active DEA registration
