About the Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Assistant for a 90-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Oct 7, 2026. This role involves 14-hour night shifts, primarily focused on accepting and admitting patients, cross-covering floor and Hospital at Home patients, and providing virtual ED consults to regional sites. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, contributing significantly to patient care within a pediatric unit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Accept and admit patients to the pediatric unit.
• Cross-cover patients on the floor and in the Hospital at Home program as needed.
• Provide virtual ED consults to regional sites.
• Participate in Code Blue and PRRT teams.

• Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC)
