• Optional 4-day work week with 8 or 10-hour days available
• Monday - Friday schedule with outpatient-only practice
• Join a team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
• Physicians on 1:5 call rotation; ARNP covers hospital 24/7
• Serving patients of all ages with a quality census of 20 - 24 patients
• 5 weeks of paid time off plus 1 week of CME annually
• Competitive compensation with sign-on bonus and student loan repayment available
• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician required; DEA required
