• Mon - Fri hybrid: half-day clinic or elective OR plus inpatient coverage
• Weekend coverage -- 24-hour call with inpatient responsibilities
• Phone consults: 5 - 10 per day; 3 - 5 per 24-hour call period
• Adult patients primarily -- very few pediatric cases
• Inpatient and outpatient coverage required -- active consults with rounding
• Admissions managed by hospitalists -- no direct admissions required
• General adult urology required
• Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and advanced endoscopic skills preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
