• Call only coverage -- beeper call, 30-minute response time
• Call ratio 1:3 with 25% callback rate
• 7 patients per shift -- inpatient rounding
• Inpatient practice setting -- pediatric population
• Newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion required
• Non-invasive ventilation and needle pneumothorax decompression required
