About the Position

Locum Urologist Opportunity – New York

We're seeking a Board Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum assignment at a Level III Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, procedures, and flexible call coverage.

Position Highlights:

• 📅 Start Date: October 2026
• ⏳ 26-week ongoing assignment
• 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 📆 Full-time preferred (3 weeks/month may be considered)
• 🏥 Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding
• 👥 Approximately 20 patients per day
• 📞 Optional 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM), flexible based on availability
• 💻 Epic EMR
• 🔹 Level III Trauma Center
• 👨‍⚕️ Adult patient population (18+)
• 🔪 Bread-and-butter urology cases

Requirements:

• ✅ Board Certified in Urology
• ✅ Active New York medical license (required)
• ✅ BLS certification
• ✅ Epic experience required
• ✅ Up-to-date work history with no employment gaps of 30+ days
