• 24-hour call coverage -- not required to be in-house
• Must be within 30-minute response time
• Approximately 62 deliveries per month
• No high risk or MFM patients -- transferred out
• Emergent GYN procedures required
• OB deliveries required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
