Manchester, New Hampshire Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking emergency medicine physicians for an ongoing locum tenens assignment supporting a new facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. This outpatient facility features 12 ER bays, with clinical duties centered around a single-provider coverage model and a general EMS scope.

This opportunity offers physicians the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with a schedule that maintains consistent coverage across all hours as needed. Providers will care for roughly one patient per hour within a non-trauma environment supported by nursing and radiology staff, utilizing Meditech Expanse EMR to facilitate documentation and workflows.

Practice Environment

This outpatient facility operates with single-provider ED coverage and resources including nursing staff and onsite radiology technicians, with POC labs supporting rapid patient evaluation. The setting does not hold trauma center designation, and there is no nurse or APP triage for low acuity patients. Providers will manage emergency cases within the scope of EMS, utilizing Meditech Expanse EMR to support clinical documentation.

Coverage & Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, both day and night
• Willing to work night shifts
• Single-provider model with operational staffing including nursing and radiology techs
• No trauma designation or lower-acuity triage

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of emergency patients
• Management of medical, surgical, and traumatic presentations
• EM procedures within scope
• Documentation and order entry within Meditech Expanse EMR
• Coordination with nursing and radiology staff

Candidate Requirements

• MD degree
• Active New Hampshire medical license
• EM Board Certified (may consider waiver for ABPS)
• DEA registration
• Accepting new graduates
