• 8hr rounding and 24hr on call shifts
• 10 - 12 patients per day
• Inpatient setting -- med/surg ICU
• Pulm consults and ICU call coverage
• Vent management, central lines, and intubations required
• Adults only -- inpatient practice
• Ongoing coverage need
• Rarely called in overnight
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
