About the Position

Position Overview 

HPA Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for an outstanding long-term locum tenens opportunity in beautiful southern New Mexico.

This position offers an excellent balance of clinic, operating room, inpatient consults, and call coverage while practicing alongside experienced hospitalists, nursing staff, and urology support personnel. Physicians benefit from a collaborative practice environment, modern EMRs, and the flexibility of ongoing scheduling.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Urologist seeking consistent long-term work while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation

• $390/hour
• $5,200 weekday call day
• $4,000 weekend inpatient call
• $390/hour callback
