• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,530 - $7,740
• Patient Volume: Approximately 18-22 patients per day
• EMR: EPIC
• On-Call: None
• Weekends: None
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges; estimated 10 business days

Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Must be board certified within 3 years after finishing training
• At least 1 year of primary care experience required
• Active Michigan medical license required
• Active DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Must be available full time Monday through Thursday
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
• Drive-in provider local to Michigan preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions in a family medicine setting
• Evaluate and treat acute volume and blood pressure issues
• Complete pelvic exams and Pap smears as needed
• Perform disability exams when required
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with the existing primary care team to support high-quality patient care
• Deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a well-supported outpatient environment
