• 10-day on/10-day off rotation schedule -- 7 am start/end times
• Hotel call -- must arrive to OR within 20 mins for emergent c-sections
• Level II nursery and inpatient pediatrics coverage
• ~200 births per year -- fewer than 10 pediatric admissions per year
• 100% nursery and pediatric patient population
• Intubation, umbilical line placement, and circumcisions required
• NRP certification required
• Ongoing coverage pattern with rotating assignments
