Position Overview
A premier outpatient primary care clinic in New Hampshire is seeking two Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians for a 13-week locum tenens assignment beginning July 2026.
This opportunity offers an exceptional weekday-only schedule with no call, manageable patient volumes, experienced physician and APP support, and a beautiful modern practice located in the highly desirable Tuscan Village community.
Physicians will provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while practicing within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
This assignment is ideal for physicians seeking predictable hours, excellent work-life balance, and a fully outpatient practice.
Provider Compensation: $125/hour
Provider Pay Ranking: Top 15–20% of comparable New Hampshire outpatient Family Medicine locum assignments.

- Approximately 16 patients daily

- Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services.
- Perform annual wellness visits and preventative care.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses.
- Manage chronic medical conditions.
- Care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
- Coordinate specialty referrals.
- Document all patient encounters in Epic.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and ancillary services.
Required
- Board Certified Family Medicine
OR
- Board Certified Internal Medicine with experience treating patients of all ages
- Active New Hampshire Medical License or IMLC LOQ
- DEA Registration
- BLS Certification
- Epic EMR experience
- Minimum one year of post-training experience
Preferred
- High-volume outpatient primary care experience
- Ability to independently manage a full Family Medicine patient panel
- Comfortable seeing pediatric through geriatric patients
