  • Patient Volume: ~15-18 patients per day in clinic
  • Procedures: 10-15 per week
  • Surgeries (OR): 3-4 per week
• Required Procedures:
  • Ureteroscopy
  • Laser lithotripsy
  • TURP
  • TURBT
  • Flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred Procedures:
  • TRUS biopsy
  • In-clinic vasectomy
  • Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
  • Robotics available (not required)
• Support Staff: 1 employed MD, MAs assigned
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: Approximately 30 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Arizona license or IMLC required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
