Board Certified: Yes, BC in Cardiology
Hospital Location: Redding, CA  
Setting: Outpatient
Reason for coverage: Backfill for provider that cancelled during credentialing
Start Date: Early July  
Shift: Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12pm OR 8 hour days  - with 1 hour lunch Monday-Thursday
Schedule: 4-5 days per week full time starting end of June/early July. 
Availability: Client will consider 2 providers to work 2 weeks per month.
License: CA license
Duties: Full scope OP General Cardiology - Client will accept Interventional Cardiologist but must be ok doing general cardiology.  
Required Procedures: 100% OP general cardiology no "procedures" 
Types of Cases: N/A OP 100% OP 
Admissions per Day:  No Admits/ 100% OP, patients per day avg – 20 
EMR: Cerner
