• 11/24-30
• Active TN license / IMLC
• Procedures: CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, Lung, Peripheral, Aortic dissections, Vascular, Carotid Endarterectomy, etc.
• Board Certified 
• EMR : Athena in the office, Centricity at the Hospital
• Support Staff: 3 PA's and office staff
