About the Position

We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 17-day assignment with our client in Missouri, commencing on Aug 15, 2026. This role involves working 6a-6p shifts, focusing on comprehensive patient care including post-operative cardiac surgical care, removing various medical tubes and wires, coordinating care, and managing new and follow-up consults, as well as occasional admissions and discharges.

• Removing Chest Tubes
• Removing Drains
• Care Coordination
• New Consults and follow up Consults
• Occasional Admission
• Discharges
• Must be comfortable with post op care for Cardiac Surg
• Must be comfortable with Pace Makers
