• Call only coverage -- 1:3 call ratio
• 30-minute call response time required
• Approx. 7 patients per shift -- inpatient setting
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Admissions required -- avg. 1 admission per 24 hrs
• Non-invasive ventilation mgmt. (neo-puff) required
• Newborn intubation and UVC/UAC skills required
• Chest tube insertion and circumcision required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
