• Weekend pager call -- Friday 8am - Monday 8am, 72-hour shifts
• 20% C-section rate -- 650 deliveries per year
• Hospital setting with OB/GYN on-call coverage
• Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, rounding, and consults as needed
• Emergency GYN surgeries only -- no scheduled surgeries on weekends
• Leave coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
