• Shifts available -- 12-hour days (7 am - 7 pm) and nights (7 pm - 7 am)
• ~48 patient encounters per day across the service
• Day shift census averages ~14.7 patients with ~15.6 encounters
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Rounding and admissions -- no procedures, no ICU
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
