• 4 - 5 days per week -- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
• 0 - 3 days of call for acute needs
• 18 - 22 patients per day
• Focus on opioid use disorder, SUD, and mental health
• Chronic disease, acute visits, and preventive care
• Minor procedures experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
