About the Position
Brown University Health is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Radiology Physicians to join our hospital-based practice just outside Providence, serving southeastern Massachusetts. We are actively recruiting for four key roles: Chief of Radiology (Leadership), Diagnostic Radiologist, Breast Imaging Radiologist and Interventional Radiology Physician.
Chief of Radiology (Leadership Role)
Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the department while maintaining an active clinical practice. Lead growth initiatives, physician engagement, and quality improvement efforts across the radiology service line.
Diagnostic Radiologist
Provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services across a broad range of modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and X-ray. Practice in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests and participate in teaching through Brown University Health.
Breast Imaging Radiologist
Provide comprehensive breast imaging services, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast procedures. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary breast care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Interventional Radiologist
Perform a full spectrum of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in a procedure-focused practice with opportunities to expand services and contribute to program growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Chief of Radiology: $475,000–$550,000
- Diagnostic & Breast Imaging Radiologist: $475,000–$535,000
- Interventional Radiologist: $490,000–$550,000

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (IR certification for Interventional role)
- Fellowship training or strong clinical interest in Breast Imaging or Interventional Radiology (as applicable)
- Prior leadership experience preferred for Chief role
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
