About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality primary care services in a supportive community setting, serving patients across the lifespan, to include pediatric care. • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and health screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active West Virginia medical license.
