Specialty: Inpatient Oncology APP PA or NP Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend Shift Details: Day shift – 8a – 4:30p Schedule: Monday - Friday Work Details: • Support staff: Yes • Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time Mon -Fri schedule • Patients per day: 11-16 • Patient population/age: all ages • Department description: Oncology only. Total hospital size 686 beds • EMR: EPIC Practice Setting: o Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: PA or APP • State license required: MN license • DEA: NO Can do temp privs if background is clean! Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
