Position Overview
Provide disability evaluation examinations with an outpatient assessment workflow as scheduled.

Clinical Scope

• Conduct structured clinical assessments and document findings
• Complete required exam documentation and reporting
• No ongoing patient panel or prescribing is referenced

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Colorado license
