Orthopedic Physician Assistant Locums Opportunity

Location: Pennsylvania
Start: July 2026 through mid August 2026 with potential for longer term need
Schedule: Wednesday through Friday. Day shift hours approximately 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Openings: 1
Travel and Lodging: Provided. Local candidates preferred when available.

Position Overview

Seeking an orthopedic Physician Assistant for first assist support in the operating room and inpatient coverage including prescribing on the floor. This role supports an orthopedic service with an expected volume of approximately fifteen to twenty patients per day.

Clinical Scope

• First assist in the operating room
• Inpatient orthopedic coverage and rounding
• Charting system: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Board certification required per order details
• Ability to obtain emergency privileges as applicable
