About the Position

Enterprise Medical is partnering with a physician-owned, multispecialty group near Memphis, Tennessee, to recruit an Internal Medicine physician. This well-established organization offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referral support, autonomy, and the potential for long-term partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, 100% outpatient Internal Medicine position
• Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends
• Light call only (phone call ~2x/month)
• Practice with established Internal Medicine physicians in the same clinic
• Built-in referral base from 35+ primary care providers
• Fully integrated EHR (Altera TouchWorks) across all specialties
• Ability to build your own patient panel and pace
• Partnership track with full partner status in 3 years (minimal buy-in)
• Large, established group with 90 physicians and 70 APPs

Compensation & Benefits:

• 2-year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance (up to $10,000)
• Up to 6 weeks of vacation
• 8-week sabbatical leave
• 10 days of CME + $3,000 annual allowance
• 401(k) with profit sharing
