About the Position

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Maryland. This full-time outpatient role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call and the opportunity to work alongside an established hematology/oncology team.

Overview

• Monday–Friday no call, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Approximately 20 shifts per month
• EMR: Epic
• Adult patient population only
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage hematology and oncology patients
• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Monitor patients receiving therapy
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborative practice environment (no solo coverage)

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Active Maryland license required
• Maryland CSR license required
• DEA required
• BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience
