About the Position

Are you an experienced OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for your next locum assignment? We have an exciting 3-month full-time opportunity in Massachusetts with the potential to start as soon as credentialing is complete.

Position Highlights:

✅ Full-time schedule – 3 night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
✅ Nights & weekends
✅ 3-month assignment with possible extension
✅ EPIC EMR
✅ Expedited credentialing available
✅ Collaborative team with 24/7 physician and advanced practice provider support

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient OB/GYN coverage
• Labor & Delivery and postpartum management
• OB triage and maternity floor support
• Inpatient and Emergency Department GYN consults
• Post-operative GYN rounding and patient management
• First Assist for C-sections and emergent GYN surgeries

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts NP or PA License
• PA-C certification (for Physician Assistants)
• First Assist certification/experience required
• Strong experience with:
  • C-section First Assist
  • Emergent GYN surgery First Assist
  • Fetal heart rate interpretation
• Prior travel/locum experience preferred
• Local Massachusetts providers are strongly encouraged to apply
