• 100% outpatient psychiatry - no hospital responsibilities
• Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends and no call
• Average caseload of approximately 16 patients per day
• First psychiatry hire - opportunity to shape behavioral health services
• Strong administrative and clinical support staff in place
• Collaborative environment alongside primary care providers
• Supervision and collaboration with Nurse Practitioners
