• M-F schedule -- scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Beeper call -- 30 min response time required
• 12 operating rooms available
• Broad surgery types -- ortho, vascular, spine, neuro, OB, thoracic
• No cardiac or pediatric cases
• Regional, epidural, and spinal anesthesia skills required
• Epidural steroid and transforaminal injections required
• X-ray guidance for performance of blocks required
