We are currently recruiting a Physician | OB/GYN for a prominent medical center in Grass Valley, CA.

Job Description

Malpractice - Must be included in rates.

Orientation - $200 - $225 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

Call Back - $400-$450 - "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Holiday Call Back - $600-675 - "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Average worked Callback Hours: Weekday: 5.49 hours; Weekend: 5.01 hours

• Current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or
• Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology;
• Demonstration of performance of at least 100 gynecological surgical procedures in the past two years or successful completion of a hospital-affiliated formalized residency or clinical fellowship.
• For applicants in fields performing operative and other procedure(s), please attach a listing and summary of your operative and invasive procedures for the past 24 months. Please include on the listing the name and date of the procedure, admission and discharge date, and where performed. Applicants recently completing a residency or fellowship should attach a copy of the residency/fellowship logs of procedures performed and provide a letter from the program director attesting to current demonstrated competency for the privileges requested.
