About the Position

A West Virginia-based healthcare system seeks a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 100% OUTPATIENT practice setting located within a 2.5-hour drive to both Washington, DC and Pittsburgh.

About the Practice:

• Experienced support staff, including 2 nurse practitioners, RNs, MAs, and office staff
• On-site infusion center
• Average 15 patients/day
• NO CALL
• 4-day Clinic / 1-day Administration
• Academic appointment available if desired

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary $550,000 + productivity bonus including Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Disability Insurances
• Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus
• Relocation allowance
• PTO - 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays
• CME - 5 days off/$6,000 allowance
