A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is searching for family physician assistants. This need is due to community growth and demand.

About the Opportunity

• Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
• See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day
• Flexible schedule
• 32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration time
• EPIC EHR
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply- slower ramp-up, mentoring, and lower productivity expectations offered
• Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers

Financial Package

• Compensation ranges from $120K to $176K depending upon training and experience level
