About the Position

A growing and well-established family medicine practice near Pinehurst, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dedicated, patient-centered care team. Position Highlights

• Join a high-functioning team of 1 physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan (newborns through geriatrics)
• Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek with protected administrative time
• Low-volume call responsibilities, with after-hours and weekend coverage supported by an on-site Convenient Care clinic
• Utilize integrated Epic EMR with Abridge AI tools to streamline documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA Certification

Minimum of two years of advanced practice experience seeing all ages

• Clean professional background and licensure history
