Community Health Cente,r with 20 Providers in western Massachusetts, is recruiting for a Family Medicine physician for an outpatient position.

Practice Information

• Monday - Friday workweek
• Total outpatient
• Shared call-phone call only
• EPIC EMR
• State-of-the-art pharmacy, WIC nutrition program, on-site Wellness Center
• We participate in federally funded research
