About the Position

Multispecialty group west of Rockford, Illinois has an opportunity available for a Family Medicine physician.

Opportunity Highlights

• Daytime clinical hours Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm, no weekends
• Will work in Freeport clinic one day a week
• Outpatient based practice
