Well-established, 40-physician private practice multi-specialty group in coastal North Carolina seeks a Family Physician due to patient demand.

Opportunity Details

• The physician will come into a busy practice. Group can't handle patient demand and is turning patients down
• Work in a small-group setting
• New providers can easily ramp up to seeing 20 patients per day
• Starting base salary ($225K to $265K range), lucrative productivity incentive, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package is offered
• Group owns an accountable care organization and is recognized each year for being a top-quality provider
• Shareholder status after 2 years
