• Medical group has more than 150 Providers
• The integrated care model provides high-quality care to over 80,000 people
• A lean organization with an emphasis on patient safety
• Clinical affiliation with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
• New office location with primary care, subspecialty, and onsite lab and x-ray
• 32 clinical hours per week / 4-day workweek
• No weekend or evening office hours
• Minimal call
