About the Position
An academic-affiliated health system with multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont is adding a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The Hospital's network includes the critical access-designated Hospital and Historic Homes of a senior living community, as well as an outpatient clinic.
About the position:
- 100% outpatient position
- EPIC EMR
- Average daily patient census is 16-18
- 32 clinical hours. Admin time can be done remotely
- Minimal call by phone only
- Non-teaching position
- 25-bed non-profit hospital
- Ideal candidate will have an interest in value-based care
