About the Position

A forward-thinking and financially healthy healthcare system boasts an excellent OB/GYN opportunity in Central Illinois. The incoming OB/GYN provider will join a team of six OB/GYN physicians.

Opportunity Highlights:

• This is an extremely cohesive and fair group that ensures everyone works well together.
• Two da Vinci Robots in-house and an average of 800-900 deliveries a year.
• Base salary of $425,000 for two years with uncapped RVU production.
• $75,000 sign-on and quality bonus up to $50,000.
• Full benefits, excellent retirement plan, and relocation allowance.
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3).
• 33 days of time off, plus 5 days off for CME+$6,000 CME stipend annually.
