About the Position

Join an FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is adding an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to its Hope, Indiana office.

Opportunity Highlights

• Monday - Friday is strictly outpatient practice. Candidates can work a 4-day workweek

• $130K Base compensation with incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits
• 2 years of post-training experience preferred
