An integrated, community-based health system centered around a 154-bed hospital in south central Connecticut is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. They have a network of more than 20 locations across central Connecticut.

Practice Details

• Total outpatient
• NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home
• Five-day work week with shared call coverage
