About the Position

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a mission-driven health system in the near West Plains, MO, area to recruit an internal medicine physician for one of its rural health clinics.

Position Highlights:

• Option to work at one clinic or split time across multiple sites based on preference
• Clinics set in federally underserved areas, qualifying for NHSC loan repayment
• Up to $100,000 in student loan support
• Robust base salary with generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 40 days of annual PTO (including holidays, CME, and sick days)
• Up to $4,500 for CME, licenses, dues, and journals
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage: $2M/$6M, and retirement plans with employer match
