Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established clinic with experienced physicians and strong patient demand
• Monday-Friday schedule with ~34 patient-facing hours per week
• Integrated care team, including a Health Psychologist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Care Coordinator

Compensation & Benefits:

• Robust base salary with sign-on bonus
